1. Sales: To work with the S&H Manager and other showroom sales staff to meet or exceed monthly budgets for the showroom department.
1.1 Customer Contact: Ensure all visitors to the showroom are treated as valued customers of ZIP Bathrooms Hamilton in line with the Zip Vision & Values statement.
1.2 Provide bathroom product solutions that are appropriate to the customer ensuring full specifications are provided prior to them leaving the showroom
1.3 Ensure that all quotes, follow up, purchasing and sales completion are as per PPW procedures.
1.4 Product Knowledge: Maintain a high standard of product knowledge appropriate to the showroom including mandatory participation in product knowledge seminars provided by relevant experts.
2. Margin: Maintain or improving profit margins through working with suppliers to ensure the best supply pricing and processes are in place.
2.1 Utilise appropriate margin structures suitable to customer type and spend.
2.2 Ensure that lowest possible supplier purchase price is utilised on all quotes/sales and corresponding purchase orders.
2.3 Apply correct pricing, ordering & supply processes to ensure that cashflow is not impaired. (timing of purchase orders)
3. Customer Relationships: Achieve strong and positive relationships with all departmental clients of PPW.
3.1 High standard execution of the quotation, ordering, invoicing and supply processes.
3.2 Professional and friendly interactions with all ZIP customers.
4. Internal Relationships: Work with all other staff of PPW in a positive, proactive and professional manner for the betterment of the PPW business.
4.1 At all times work with other staff as part of the ZIP TEAM in line with the vision and values of ZIP.

5. Stock: Work with the S&H Manager to manage stock levels of showroom SKU’s within budgets set. This includes:
5.1 Reviewing your Work in Progress & non-allocated stock” reports and actioning as appropriate.
5.2 Completing rolling stock-takes when scheduled.
5.3 Process all supplier returns and customer credit paperwork in a timely manner in accordance with PPW procedures.
6. Health & Safety: Ensure that you are fully aware and compliant with all H&S policies, procedures and directives.
